Therapy
Individual sessions ($180) Couples, ($225) and Families ($225)
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy in a welcoming, judgment-free environment, with both in-person and telehealth options available.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain insight, build healthier patterns, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.
Sometimes past experiences continue to show up in the present, affecting how we feel, think, and respond. EMDR is a gentle, evidence-based approach that can help you process painful or overwhelming experiences so they feel less intense and have less control over your daily life. At Anchored, we use EMDR to support healing, build resilience, and help you move forward with greater peace and confidenc

Mediation
$225/hour
Professional mediation services to help individuals and families move through conflict with greater clarity, respect, and direction. Our mediation process provides a neutral, supportive space where each person has the opportunity to be heard, identify common ground, and work toward practical, mutually acceptable solutions.
Whether you are navigating family conflict, co-parenting concerns, relationship changes, or other challenging interpersonal issues, Anchored is here to help you move forward with less conflict and more confidence.

Psychological Assessments for Bariatric Surgical Candidates
Evaluations $225
The evaluation is not a pass/fail test but a discussion to identify potential issues that could affect surgery. Psychological factors like depression, anxiety, or binge eating are not reasons to delay surgery. If concerns arise, we’ll work with you to create a plan to address them. Most patients are ready for surgery; those needing treatment will receive referrals.
Therapeutic Approach
Our approach is anchored in compassion, understanding, and hope. We strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to reflect on your past and present, challenge negative thoughts and unhealthy patterns, and build stronger, healthier relationships. Together, we work toward healing, resilience, and a more meaningful, fulfilling life. For those who desire it, we are honored to thoughtfully integrate faith-based principles and Christian perspectives into the counseling process, recognizing the important role that spiritual beliefs can play in healing and personal growth. Our goal is to meet you where you are and tailor your journey to reflect your unique values, beliefs, and aspirations.
